The Gucci Hamburg Expansion is about to create a flagship store in a historical building. ASZ Architetti’s role includes feasibility studies, developed design, architect of record, project management, and site supervision. The project requires careful structural work to expand the retail space while maintaining the integrity of the existing architecture. The new expansion will feature a completely redesigned interior to reflect Gucci’s latest brand concept.

Tiffany & Co. Dubai Flagship is one of the most sophisticated works ASZ architetti has ever ventured in. At the very entrance of Dubai Mall, the work consisted in merging two commercial units, creating one of the largest Tiffany stores, also featuring Blu Cafe, a proper caffetteria within the jewellery – a totally new addition to the brand’s concept. Finding space for the kitchen by building a new mezzanine – in compliance with F&B regulations, was one of the challenges. The store has also a one-of-a-kind large Facade, designed by the archistars SANAA, which is composed by countless tiny chrystal cubes, magically waving in a parametric pattern.
