Andrea’s background is rooted in the so-called Florentine School, to which Professor Pier Luigi Spadolini belonged.

Under Spadolini’s mentorship, Andrea earned his degree with honors in 1993.

After five years of apprenticeship with renowned firms such as Studio Archea and Claudio Nardi, he established his own practice, focusing on residential and retail projects.

His clients included prestigious brands such as Gucci, Sergio Rossi, Yves Saint Laurent, and Alexander McQueen.

In 2008, following an increasing number of international projects, Andrea expanded his practice to the Middle East.

Today, he serves as the Architect Principal, overseeing both the ASZ and SFD* teams.

Based in the ASZ Milan office, Vincenzo graduated in Architecture from the prestigious Politecnico di Milano, where he also served as a Teaching Assistant. During and right after his academic journey, he had several experiences abroad in Germany and Turkey, where he deepened his knowledge on both urban and architectural scales. These international experiences enriched his perspective and continue to influence his approach to each work.

Started at ASZ in 2015, Vincenzo has contributed to an extensive portfolio of projects across Europe, focusing on luxury retail as a key project manager and lead architect, while always giving due consideration to the architectural dimension of every project.

In 2025, he became a partner, assuming the role of Director of Retail Europe.

Iacopo obtained his degree in Building Engineering from the University of Florence, complementing his studies with an international experience at the Department of Architecture of the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow.

This allowed him to merge his technical expertise with architectural sensitivity.

He later worked for the Municipality of Campi Bisenzio and subsequently in the office of architect Alessandro Luzzi.

Iacopo joined ASZ in 2007, progressively taking on responsibility for numerous projects in the retail, office, commercial, and residential sectors, collaborating with luxury brands such as Burberry, Gucci, Prada, Dior, Sergio Rossi, and Hogan.

In 2012, he became a partner and currently serves as the General Manager of both the Milan and Florence offices.

Andrea began his career as a freelance graphic designer in 2001.

After completing his studies at the School of Architecture at the University of Florence, he collaborated with architects and industrial designers on projects ranging from urban-scale developments to furniture and interior design.

His expertise in digital representation and rendering fueled his growing interest in virtual architecture.

In 2006, he transitioned from freelancing to a permanent position at ASZ.

He became an associate in 2009 and a partner in 2012.

His expertise in architectural rendering and 3D visualization has distinguished ASZ in the field. Today, he serves as the Art Director for all projects worldwide.
